Who we are
Loaf & Loaded is a sandwich business run by Chris, opening in Bournemouth in spring 2027. We're responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. You can contact us at chris@loafandloaded.co.uk.
What we collect
Newsletter sign-up: your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name.
Contact form or email: your name, email address and whatever you write in your message.
We don't ask for anything else, and we don't buy or sell personal information.
Why we use it
Newsletter: to send you our monthly email newsletter with news about Loaf & Loaded, such as our opening date, location, menu, offers and events. We only do this because you've ticked the box to say yes (your consent).
Messages: to reply to you and deal with your enquiry. We do this because it's in our legitimate interest to answer people who contact us.
Where it's kept
Form entries are stored by Netlify, which hosts this website, and are moved to our email newsletter service so we can send the newsletter. Emails are handled by our email provider. These companies may store data outside the UK, under safeguards required by UK data protection law. They only use your information to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your message, and then for no longer than two years.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or stop receiving emails at any time. Every update email will have an unsubscribe link, or just email chris@loafandloaded.co.uk.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add visitor statistics or embedded content such as maps or social media posts in future, we'll update this notice.
